• Actual product colors may slightly vary due to lighting or screen display settings.

🔄 Returns

• Return window: Within 7 days of receiving the product.

• Returned items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • With brand tag and plastic seal intact

• Returns will be rejected if the tag or seal is removed.

• Reverse pickup will be attempted twice only. If unsuccessful, you’ll be responsible for shipping the item back to us.

• Reverse pickup depends on availability in your area.

• Report issues related to quality or quantity within 24 hours of delivery.

• COD charges are non-refundable.

• A ₹100 logistics fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Returns/exchanges are not available for international orders.

2. Once approved, pickup will be scheduled within 4–5 working days.

3. Refunds are initiated after inspection of the returned product.

4. Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to reflect in your original payment method.

✅ Eligibility for Refund

• Items must have all original tags attached.

• Products must be unworn, unused, unwashed.

• Gift cards/store credit remain valid for a lifetime.

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be encashed.

❌ Cancellations

• Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

• If the item is eligible, you may return it as per the policy.

• Refused delivery will be treated as a return.

• You may cancel an order before shipping via:

  • "My Account" section on the website

  • Or by contacting Customer Support

• Pre-Orders: Can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
