Prepaid Orders

📦 Shipping Timeline:
We will ship your prepaid order within 48 hours of order confirmation. You will receive a tracking link via Email and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

🛍️ Pre-Order Products:
Certain products are available on a pre-order basis. For these items, the tentative shipping timeline is clearly mentioned under the description tab on the respective product page.

🚚 Free Shipping:
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid orders—no minimum purchase required!

📅 Delivery Timeline:
Orders are generally delivered within 7–8 working business days from the date of dispatch.

💸 Refund Deduction:
In case of a return request, a shipping cost of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund amount.

COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

📦 Shipping Timeline:
COD orders are shipped within 3–4 working days of placing the order. Tracking details will be shared via Email and WhatsApp once the shipment is initiated.

🚚 Shipping Charges:
A non-refundable shipping fee of ₹150 will be added at checkout for COD orders.

💸 Refund Deduction:
If you return a COD order, a ₹100 deduction will apply from your refund in addition to the non-refundable ₹150 shipping charge already paid.
